Hey, hey, hey!!! I have written and rewritten this intro a hundred times, but nothing seems to work. It has been a LONG time, is all I can say. So much has happened in my life over the last couple of years, and the blog has definitely taken a hit. So please accept this delicious peace offering, and show me some love, y’all!
It is so heartening to see you guys read and cook from my old blog posts. I have made it a point to reply to your questions in a timely manner, but if I have missed some, feel free to drop me a line/email.
Even though the blog has been semi-abandoned for a while now, I am still active on Instagram and am super grateful for the lovely community there. So follow me along to see everyday tidbits (meals, recipes, travel, life in general) from mi casa over on my Instagram handle.
So when my favorite small business DM’ed me about a blog post for them, I just couldn’t say no. I have been using and writing about Gitadini kitchen products for a while now. I use them almost everyday, and love their products.
I chose a favorite tea time snack recipe this time. These apple ring fritters dusted with cinnamon sugar is super delicious, but really easy to make. Do you have a lone apple or two languishing in the fridge? Some flour, eggs, milk and sugar? Then you can whip these sweet apple fritters/donuts in no time at all. Just don’t skimp on the cinnamon sugar. Your home will smell like a bakery, I swear!
Stay safe and stay happy, my friends. And, check out the full recipe here on the Gitadini website.
