I always buy plain yogurt and simply sweeten it with a touch of honey if needed. The berries, granola and Coco-Roons add just the right touch of sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Here is the recipe for this delicious and healthy no-cook parfait that is ready in just 5 minutes!
- Greek yogurt - 1 cup
- Strawberries - 1-2, sliced
- Blueberries - 8-10
- Granola - ¼ cup
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Sejoyia Coco-Roons cookies - 2
- Toasted coconut flakes - for garnish, optional
- Fresh mint leaves - for garnish, optional
- Layer yogurt, berries and granola in a glass or bowl. Drizzle honey on top.
- Add coco-roon cookie slices on top. Garnish with mint leaves and toasted coconut if desired. Enjoy!
Eat this layered parfait for breakfast, snack or even dessert.
